Peter was previously National Senior Land & New Homes Director with GA Property Services.

Mark Linington MRICS

Land Director
based in Maidstone and covering the Mid Kent and East Kent areas

Mark, based in Maidstone, specialises in land throughout Mid and East Kent. Prior to joining RPC in 2001 Mark was a partner at Cluttons dealing with the residential and commercial markets. Having started in the business in 1983 he has a wealth of experience having been involved in a large number of development land transaction throughout Kent.

Graeme Dowd

Area Land Director
based in Chatham and covering the Thames Gateway Kent area

Graeme holds a degree in Town Planning & Local Economic Development and manages our Chatham office. From here he deals with the sale & acquisition of land throughout the Thames Gateway Kent area as well as providing professional advice to private land owners and a wide range of Housing Associations, Local Authority and Corporate clients.
